Patient Appreciation Day/Charity Fundraiser

We would like to say Thank You to our patients and friends for choosing us to help them lead healthier lives by having a Patient Appreciation Day! On Saturday, December 10th, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. we will be providing refreshments and providing our existing patients with a complimentary adjustment. Read on to find out how!

We couple our Patient Appreciation Day with a charity fundraiser that will benefit our community. This season our charity of choice is Iowa C.O.P.S., an amazing organization that provides resources and support to families and co-workers of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Here is the way we would like to help donate funds for this worthy charity:

Current Patients:

Complimentary adjustment on the Patient Appreciation Day if you refer a new patient to the office. For every new patient referred to the office we will be donating $50.

Or…

Bring in a minimum donation of $10 and the adjustment is on us!

New Patients:

We will donate $50 to the charity for every new patient referred to the office. New patients to the office will receive our first day services which include a health history, detailed examination, spinal x-rays, and a chiropractic adjustment. Costs to patients will vary depending on insurance coverage. New patient appointments can be made anytime up to December 9th (we will not be able to schedule new patient appointments during the Patient Appreciation Day).

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Iowa C.O.P.S.!
